Welcome to Toastie! This step-by-step guide will help you set up your sales popup in just a few minutes. Follow each step carefully to start boosting your conversions.

1 Create Your Account

New Users:

  • Click the "Log In" button in the top navigation
  • Select "Register" in the top-right corner of the login form
  • Enter your email address and create a password
  • Click "Register" to create your account

Existing Users:

  • Click the "Log In" button
  • Enter your credentials and click "Log In"

2 Access Your Dashboard

After logging in, you have two ways to reach your dashboard:

  • Use the menu dropdown from the landing page
  • Or visit directly: User Dashboard

3 Create Your First Project

  1. Click "Projects" in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Click the "New Project" button (top-right corner)
  3. Fill in your project details:
    • Project name (e.g., "My Online Store")
    • Website URL (e.g., "https://mystore.com")
  4. Click "Create Project"

⚠️ Important: Don't create duplicate projects for the same website URL

4 Connect Your Payment Provider

To display real sales data, connect your payment provider:

  1. Find the "API Keys" section in your project details
  2. Click "Add Key" to open the configuration dialog
  3. Select your payment provider and enter your API key

✅ Once connected, your transactions will automatically sync and appear in the Transactions tab

5 Customize Your Popup

Make your popup match your brand and website design:

  1. Navigate to the "Popup Customization" tab in your project
  2. Customize the appearance with these options:
    • Background color
    • Text color
    • Accent color
    • Border color and radius
    • Position on screen
    • Display duration and delay
    • Custom text messages
  3. Preview your changes in real-time
  4. Click "Save" when you're satisfied with the design

6 Install on Your Website

The final step - add the popup to your website:

  1. Scroll to the "Installation Code" section at the bottom of the customization page
  2. Copy the provided JavaScript code
  3. Paste it within the <head> or before the closing </body> tag of your website
  4. Save and publish your website changes
  5. Test the popup by visiting your website
